Three Rivers District Council invites comments on the review of their Street Trading Policy 2022-2025.
Three Rivers District Council is the Licensing Authority responsible for considering applications for a range of activities that require a street trading consent/licence under Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
The Licensing Authority would like to hear your views on the Policy by 18 August 2023, otherwise we may not be able to consider them.
The Street Trading Policy can be viewed under the documents on the right hand side.
After the consultation closes the council’s Regulatory Services Committee will consider the responses received and any other relevant information and decide on whether to adopt the Policy.

The Street Trading Policy 2023 was agreed to be adopted at the Regulatory Services Committee on 6 December 2023. The Policy as amended is due to take effect following the completion of the consultation process relating to the licensing fee review.
