Residents Survey 2024

The questions below are designed to provide us with an understanding of how residents rate the following areas:

  •  satisfaction with the local area
  •  satisfaction with the way the council runs things
  •  trust in the council
  •  responsiveness of the council
  •  how informed residents feel
  •  perception of the value for money the council provides


This survey relates only to services provided by Three Rivers District Council. A number of services are delivered by Hertfordshire County Council and we are not asking you to comment on them. Below is an example of services provided by Three Rivers District Council and Hertfordshire County Council:
