Batchworth Neighbourhood Plan Consultation 2024
Batchworth Community Council (as the qualifying body) has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), entitled “Batchworth Neighbourhood Plan”, with the help of the local community. The NDP sets out a vision for the future of the area and planning policies which will be used to determine planning applications locally. We are seeking your views on the planning policies contained within the NDP.
The consultation will run for a six week period from Tuesday 23 July 2024 until Monday 2 September 2024.
At the end of the consultation period, the NDP will be submitted to an independent examiner together with representations received by the deadline and a summary of the main issues raised in the representations.
“This consultation has been extended until 5 pm, Wednesday, 11th September 2024 at the request of the Examiner”
Representations may be accompanied by a request to be notified of the Local Planning Authority’s decision under regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 in relation to the Batchworth Neighbourhood Development Plan.
