Three Rivers District Council invites comments on the review of its Statement of Licensing Policy 2026-2031.
One of Three Rivers District Council’s responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 is to implement a Statement of Licensing Policy and to carry out subsequent reviews of the policy every five years.
The Licensing Authority would like to hear your views on the Policy by 23 January 2026, otherwise we may not be able to consider them.
The policy and relevant documents can be viewed under the documents section on the right-hand side of this project page. Please review the policy before completing the short survey below to provide your comments.
After the consultation closes, and subject to the consultations received, the council’s Licensing Committee will consider the responses received and any other relevant information. The policy will then be considered for adoption by Full Council with the policy required to be adopted by February 2026.
