Three Rivers District Council wants your views on the parking restrictions in and around Moneyhill Parade, Rickmansworth.
In 2024, the council implemented parking restrictions in and around the area of Moneyhill Parade. The roads and the restrictions are summarised below:
Parts of Uxbridge Road - a clearway (applies at all times) and a loading bay.
Uxbridge Road Service Road (outside the shops) - up to 4 hours parking, registering at the machines and some permit parking.
Parts of Elm Way - up to 4 hours parking, registering at the machines, some permit parking and some no-waiting restrictions.
Mount View - resident permit parking, no-waiting restrictions and some business permit parking.
Parts of Field Way - resident permit parking and no-waiting restrictions.
Dellwood - no-waiting restrictions and permit parking.
These restrictions form part of a Controlled Parking Zone, known as Zone ‘RW’. More information about Controlled Parking Zones in Three Rivers is available here. Full details on the current restrictions are shown in the documents tab.
The council would like to determine whether residents, businesses and visitors are happy with the current parking restrictions, or whether any improvements could be made.
Please note:
Should proposed improvements be developed, further public consultation will take place prior to implementation.
If there isn’t clear support for changes, or if views are strongly conflicted, the council may not develop this review further.
Only feedback relevant to this scheme will be considered, please contact the council about other transport or parking issues here.
We will record any anonymous responses but may not use the data provided in them towards any decision.
One response will be accepted for each address.
Data from this consultation will be collected and held and processed by Three Rivers District Council and ADL Traffic and Highways Ltd and may be shared with TRDC Officers and District Councillors. The data will be used to produce a consultation report and to provide feedback to Councillors. Individual respondents will not be identified in the consultation report without permission.
