Residents Survey 2025/26

The questions below are designed to provide us with an understanding of how residents rate the following areas:

  •  satisfaction with the local area
  •  satisfaction with the way the council runs things
  •  trust in the council
  •  responsiveness of the council
  •  how informed residents feel
  •  perception of the value for money the council provides

This survey relates only to services provided by Three Rivers District Council. A number of services are delivered by Hertfordshire County Council and we are not asking you to comment on them. Below is an example of services provided by Three Rivers District Council and Hertfordshire County Council:

Three Rivers District Council, are responsible for a range of services such as refuse collection, street cleaning and planning. The following questions are around how satisfied you are with the services.

Parking and Transport (including council owned car parks, traffic regulation orders, cycle paths)
Partnerships (including Healthy Hubs, cost of living support, crime and safety, community events)
Planning and Planning Policy (including applications, enforcement, pre-application advice, Local Plan)
